How to Submit a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to our Returns and Exchanges department at returns@limasluxuryabayas.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you are returning (copied and pasted from your order confirmation)
- The reason for return
- Confirmation that the return meets our criteria
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return number and instructions on how to return your item. Please keep a note of this number for reference.
Conditions for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility, and the following conditions must be met:
- The item has not been worn outside the house.
- The item remains in its original, new condition.
- The item has not been washed.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item is shipped back within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these return conditions.
